We decided not to do Santa from the ...I love this! We decided not to do Santa from the beginning, and have never regretted the decision. Our kids know Santa is a character, and are starting to learn the origin of him. But a focus on Jesus is our primary goal. You have some great ideas here. We made an advent calendar out of paper and are doing something each day leading to Christmas.
